Most new rental programs can be implemented within 3-4 weeks. However, for larger accounts, we recommend allowing 4-6 weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
Uniform program costs can vary based on the number of employees, the types of garments they wear and other factors or options for updates, replacement items and more. Please contact us for an analysis and estimate. You can count on us for up-front pricing, clear invoices and no surprises.
We have a few ways to request a size change or even a repair. Notify your account manager, talk to your Route Service Representative, or submit an online request.
Note: size changes may require company approval, so we’ll make sure to reach out first.
Our quality control process includes inspections and repairs of worn or damaged garments throughout the laundry process at no additional charge. If an item is worn due to use and needs to be replaced, we take care of it. If an item is damaged by the wearer, then we’ll talk to you about replacement charges, depending on your program.
Absolutely. Our in-house design and embroidery services include custom emblems with your logo and even employee names, both of which reinforce your brand on every uniform.
