“Last May we changed our uniform service to Gunderson’s. From the beginning, they were very helpful during the process. Once we made the decision to go with Gunderson, the fitting of uniforms was done with enough time to be sure every employee had uniforms in the first day of the new service. Gunderson went the extra mile for us…
One of the main reasons we looked to change our service provider for uniforms was due to the previous provider not having our uniforms on a continual basis and uniforms having stains on them. Lastly, our previous provider’s route person was unable to assist with any billing or missing clothing. He was given the clothes on his truck, which he didn’t load or review before leaving, so nothing could be done until the next week if a change needed to happen. This was the same for the billing, the bill was completed before he left and he could not make any adjustments to it, and we had to follow up with customer service to get any credits or changes done. On the other hand our route person for Gunderson makes adjustments as needed when he is at our facility and we email and call directly to the route person if needed for changes or questions.”
