Summary/Objective

This is routine manual work in the operation of laundering equipment and extractors.
Work involves a variety of miscellaneous tasks to assure that soiled laundry will be cleaned and returned in a sanitary condition. The working environment is both hot and moist. General supervision is received from a superior who checks the work by observation of results obtained.

Other job details include, but not limited to: Scheduling/responding to the initial incident, meeting with the homeowner, insurance adjuster, restoration contractor to introduce our service and establish direction for each job, remove all affected items from the customer home and bring to our facility for processing, communicate with all parties involved for each job, establish a delivery date/time and following through with final delivery. You will transport garments within our delivery areas to and from our customer’s homes and businesses, assist with in the store that processes the garments, and actively solicit new customers to grow the route.

The ideal Route Driver has an outgoing personality, professional appearance, a positive demeanor and a high attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities for Route Driver:
•Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction
•Retain current customers by phone or face to face contact
•Use courteous driving maneuvers; Abide by all traffic laws
•Pick up any bags left out by customers and return them to the processing location
•Load orders in van in order listed on manifest
•Maintain accuracy of route customers and delivery manifest
•Pick up and deliver orders to our customers; place orders in the designated area at their delivery location
•Solicit and acquire new customers to grow the route utilizing company route development procedures
•Minimum of 2 new customers per week. Goal is 4 per week.

•1 day per week devoted to Route Sales/Development to targeted areas
•Handle customers’ inquiries and requests in person and on the phone
•Learn and become proficient in our point of sale system
•Monitor mechanical condition of the delivery vehicle
•Any additional tasks assigned by management

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creation of new art work and editing of customers artwork. Design and layout is required on a large variety of products such as apparel, promotional items, social media, ads, posters, displays, corporate communications and corporate identity. The work requires creative flair and up to date industry knowledge

Essential Functions

  1. Creates custom order forms for school/organization/sports customers
  2. Controls and edits custom online stores.  Creates images for the site and loads pricing and product description for each item.
  3. Manages Social Media pages for the family of companies. 
  4. Thinks creatively and develops new design concepts, graphics and layouts using computer software
  5. Works with customer’s existing artwork to use in designs and layouts
  6. Works with General Managers of each of the family of companies for their marketing materials
  7. Creates e-blasts using Constant Contact to inform customers of specials
  8. Acts as a liaison between the family of companies and printers
  9. Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.

  11. Maintains computer files and logs in an organized fashion.
  12. Provides administrative assistance and support as backup for walk-in customers and phone calls.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The senior accountant position is responsible for serving as a team leader in the accounting department and ensuring the department creates accurate and timely financial records for the organization.

1)    Analyzes accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to standards defined within the department.

2)    Prepare and analyze daily cash management reports for specific business units, including reconciliation of specific bank accounts.

4)    Reviews records of accounts to ensure accuracy.
