Wayne Dorsey is General Manager of Accents Image Wear, where he oversees all aspects of daily operations, from sales and marketing to account management. He lives in Greenville, Wisconsin with his wife, Paula and their two children. For over 15 years, Wayne has been a proud member of the Greenville Lions Club. He is President of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Rose and Warming Shelter committees. He is also a member of the Lions Eye Bank committee, where he is a transporter of eye tissue throughout Northeast Wisconsin. His goal is to be a member of the Lions Club for as long as he is able.
For over 10 years, after studying Communications and Sociology at UW-Stevens Point, Wayne held a number of lead positions at Aramark Uniform Services, including Route Manager, District Manager and Plant Supervisor. He became the Aramark Safety Manager and was also named the leading District Manager in sales 3 of 4 years, before moving into production.
In 1997, Wayne co-founded the embroidery company, later named Accents Image Wear, which was purchased by the Gunderson Family Companies. The, then, small company began with just 2 small embroidery machines and 2 employees. It is now running several machines, selling apparel and promotional items, offering logo and custom design services, and holds a full-time staff of 7 employees.
Giving back is a major part of Wayne’s life, at work and at home. Led by Wayne, Accents gets involved to help a wide variety of charitable groups and causes throughout the community and beyond. The products and services Accents offers lends itself well to fundraising efforts, so donations and contributions are given on a regular basis.
Wayne believes in being loyal and dedicated in all of his pursuits and in putting his family first. He is a lifelong learner, tries to keep an open mind at all times, and gives back whenever and wherever he can.
